Shop Policies
Payment a) Paypal b) Local buyers (in Singapore) have a choice of paying via paypal or POSB bank transfer. Please contact me for bank account details.
Shipping a) Registered Mail - this comes with tracking number and requires signature upon delivery.
For registered mail which is unclaimed and returned to the seller, buyer has to pay the shipping fees again for "re-shipping" the items.
b) Normal Mail (not recommended) - if you wish to have the item shipped by normal mail, please give me prior notice. However, no compensation will be given should the order be lost in the process of shipment.
c) Shipping within Singapore is strictly via post, I will not meet up for delivery.
Delivery Charges Upon receipt of your payment, your item will be packed carefully in cellophane zip bag and sent to your mailing address stated in your order via your preferred mode of postage (Standard or Registered)

Shipping Lead Time a) Orders will be processed within 3 days after receipt of payment. Tracking number will be mailed out once the goods are being sent out.
b) International Delivery - approx 10-25 business days
c) Local Delivery - approx 3-5 business days
Refunds & Exchanges - All items sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable - Compensation for registered mail is applicable only if the post office confirms that the mail is lost and undelivered. Maximum compensation is capped at SGD68 (approx USD42) by the post office. Process and time taken varies depending on the situation. However, if the post office confirms that the registered mail was delivered and you didn't receive it, please claim for compensation for the lost mail directly from your local post office. - I will not be responsible for an incorrect address, hence I'd encourage you to double check all your shipping information before placing each order.
